House Alterations Drawings Bay of Plenty

The client wanted to create a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe in the existing garage. To compensate for the loss of the garage and carport a double car bay was excavated in front of the house on street level. On the opposite side of the house a dining room was added with an inbuilt pellet burner.

The project brief was to add a master bed room, separate bath room, extra lounge and extra an bed room in a second story to a single story dwelling.

Since property prices have gone up in the last few years it made it worthwhile for this client to do an infill on two properties they already owned. The sections are back to back.
